Should we transfer 1 or 2?

Hi ladies,

Had my ERA/Receptiva, HSG, and hysteroscopy today. Everything looked great and my remaining tube is clear of fluid. Dr doesn’t think Receptiva will show severe endometriosis even though I do have it (stage 2 and recently removed via laparoscopy).

So next step is to transfer in 3.5ish weeks with a Femara, aspirin, medrol, vivelle, estradiol, PIO protocol. And of course adjusting PIO if ERA caught any pre-receptivity which we’ll know in 10 days. And I guess the added Femara helps with inflammation?

We have 6 remaining blastocysts - 2 day 5s, 4 day 6s, non PGS. We are so conflicted on transferring 1 versus 2. We are thinking transferring 2 will better our chances of at least one implanting and would of course be ecstatic with 1 or 2 healthy babies. I know twins are high risk. Anyone have experience with this? Transferred 2 and 1 stuck? Both? Complications with 2? Or know of any friends’ stories?

Thank you for your input gals 🙏 hope everyone is hanging in there. Strongest people I know!
