I had a medical abortion on May 29th

I got a IUD placed and it expelled, I got another one placed and it moved in my uterus and had to get it removed again.

Yesterday I got my iud removed and started the nuva ring

I was bleeding before my IUD removal and I’ve been bleeding since May 29th except for a few days before my IUD removal

Today is my second day of having the nuva ring and my bleeding just picked up and I’m now having some light/medium cramps

Could this be break through bleeding or a period? It’s hard to tell if this is a period because I’ve been bleeding so much the last couple of months

Does anybody know what could be going on? Other than cramping and being tired I’m not having any of my normal period symptoms

I’m new to hormonal birth control (I got pregnant like a week into being in the pill, my OB didn’t tell me I had to wait a week to have unprotected sex, which I now know and realize how stupid it was of me)

Any advice or information about the nuva ring is very appreciated
