Calf tightening and shin pain?

I’m almost 35 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing bad pains in my shins, kind of like my bones feel bruised, and tonight my calves feel SO tight and swollen and my feet are swollen it’s just super uncomfortable. I haven’t been in my feet all day at all so I know that’s not what it’s from. Should I be concerned? Or what can I do to help
