fluid inside baby???

i went and got an ultrasound at my high risk obgyn & they had to have to ultrasound technicians come in and give me an ultrasound. i was told that my baby has a lot of fluid in her abdomen and surrounding her lungs. i just want to know if any other moms had this happen, and if so what was your outcome? in the ultrasound you can see the fluid sitting on top of her chest. it’s seriously breaking my heart. this is my first pregnancy and me and the father are both healthy. it’s not a chromosome issue either, because i had the maternity 21 blood test done to rule it out. i’m also just about to be 18 weeks tomorrow.
