2ww who drinks?

Hi ladies just wondering if anyone drinks in the tww? I always abstain and then become really disappointed when af arrives. Have had 2 mcs and currently 9 months ttc. Wishing you all baby dust x

I abstained for 11 months...omg..only had a glass a wine during my period. Didnt even have anything in the fertile window. Of course the one time I dont use preseed, I drank a bit (during fertile window, but it was early and I didnt know) AND didnt follow the limiting sex rules....I got pregnant. I have no idea why that cycle "worked". Maybe I was more relaxed or maybe because I hadn't seen my partner in two weeks? But I am 27 weeks now, had a previous loss and had been doing most everything by the book the 11 months prior to this pregnancy.

I try to abstain but the TWW I had a few drinks is the month I got my BFP with my son, so now trying for our 2nd, and if I feel like it I’ll have a couple but not excessive 🤷‍♀️

I was being super strict on myself, but actually a few girlfriends of mine who ended up becoming pregnant said they started having a few drinks here and there to loosen up and relax. So I’ll allow myself some wine 🍷  and it sure does help! Cheers!

I dont drink that often but if i want a drink i have one unless its like a day before my period in which case i test before i have a drink.

I try not to, but I definitely have before, I just make sure to only have one or two.

Yes, I do but try to go a bit easier because I’ve read it can have a negative impact on implantation.
