Dating advice please.

So i got with my ex when I was 19 and we separated just 6 months ago. I’m super new to this dating thing and I feel that I have somehow already messed up with my date from last night.

We met on Hinge and we were texting for about a week or two before he asked if I wanted to get some tacos with him. I agreed. I got ready last night and met at his place where we took off from to go get some tacos. Since nothing is really open we decided to go back to his place. And we were having such a good time, we talked for hours until he finally kissed me and kissing led to sex. Now I don’t know how this whole thing works but I’m 24 now, he’s 29. I feel we’re both adults and if sex happened, well it happened. I feel

If the chemistry is there, it’s there with or without sex. I have to admit it was great. We had a good time even after sex and I felt the most comfortable ive felt before. I know he was having a really good time as well. We really enjoyed each other’s company. We literally laid there naked for hours laughing and talking. I didn’t leave his house till almost 4am... and as he walked me to my car he said “hopefully I see you again” so I said of course you just let me know. He asked that I text him when I arrived home which I did and he then texted me that he had a good time with me.

But today I have not heard from him at all. I don’t want to text him because I don’t want to seem desperate. Does this sound like maybe just a one night stand? If so, I’ll just stop thinking about it and move along. Lol
