I followed the pacefeeding guidelines included in the comments through 13 months when my son weaned. Breastmilk changes composition to meet an infant’s needs as they age, so there’s no need to increase the amount that they’re given like you would with formula.

4oz about every 2 hours, closer to 6oz in the evening. (Similac). Doctor said he could have 6-7 oz but he usually doesn’t want that much
