Baby Acne??? Added another pic

Is this considered a bad case of acne or do you guys think something else is wrong? She wasn’t broken out this bad Thursday when she went for her 9 month check up but her pediatrician said if it was eczema, it would be in other parts of her skin like in her folds but it’s not. She’s only broken out on her face. Anyone have any experience or knowledge on what I can do for her?

All of my kids had this type of break out as well. The mouth is a huge area for break outs because it stays wet as well and the constant slobber does eventually help it grow. 
 It shouldn’t last for toooo long but it will get considerably more patchy at times.

Not sure what it is. If it gets worse I’d go back to the pediatrician. You can try to run coconut oil on it. Whenever my little one gets baby acne that’s what I do and it goes away very quickly.

My 8 month old has similar marks. They are on the center of his chin and then across one side of his cheek/chin. I think that it is eczema (it started off looking like the eczema he has on his back) but then has gotten considerably more red and dry due to being wet 24/7. I change his bibs often throughout the day but he honestly just drools SO MUCH that his chin is always wet anyway. I was putting eczema cream on it without success and have just started trying Vaseline instead. I hope this helps, but I feel like a lot of what I put on it just ribs off on his bib or sleep sack, so that might be why it’s not helping.

This looks like a drool rash to me... try some aquaphore and call baby’s ped if it doesn’t go away

I’m not saying it’s eczema, but what the doctor said is weird because you can definitely have isolated patches of it. But when my son was particularly drool-y he would sometimes have a breakout of acne around his mouth.
