30 weeks pregnant baby is breech if baby doesn’t turn will I have to have a c section?

In a nutshell, yes. 
But 30 weeks still gives baby plenty of time to change positions a few times over between now and due date ☺️

My youngest flipped around at 39 weeks. In Norway they let you give you the option to a vaginal breech delivery - but I have understood that that's pretty unheard of in the US.

I’m also 30w and baby girl is still breech. My OB said not to worry about it at all yet, because all but 5% of babies are head down by 37 weeks, and that’s when they will look at scheduling a c-section. 
If you’re starting to freak out in a few weeks, there are a few exercises you can try at home so see if you can help baby flip on their own. Your OB can also try to flip them. AND some OBs will still let you attempt a vaginal delivery, but that’s not super common anymore (personally I wouldn’t go down that road because I’d way rather a scheduled c-section than an emergency one).
