Concerned first time mom

I was taking pictures for my friend and I bend down to take a picture . Halfway through the photo shoot I had to pee . So I went to pee and when I wiped i saw bright red spotting . No bleeding in the toilet just on the tissue . I went home which is 45 mins away went to the restroom twice and no more spotting . Baby is moving I have no cramps and I also checked on baby with the baby Doppler . Should I be concerned ? Was it probably the bending down(squatting down) that probably did it ?

Is it normal ? I am currently 24weeks and 4 days .
