So I witnessed my neighbour hit a chicken with a steel bar today in front of his four young children and really want to report but I need it to be anonymous. It isn’t the first time he’s been cruel. Asking for QLD Australia

RSPCA website take any photos if there is anything else that shows abuse or neglect or if you have security cameras that might of caught it for whatever reason send that in with it.
