Has anyone else noticed any prolapse since giving birth?

This was my 2nd child and I have a minor prolapse. Most of the time I feel fine and forget about it, but sometimes I just feel so discouraged and broken - I haven’t heard many hopefully things about it.

I had a third degree tear and was in pelvic floor therapy during February, but had to stop because of COVID-19. With two kids at home I’ve kind of fallen off the wagon as far as exercises go.

I’d appreciate some encouragement and any personal experiences you’re willing to share. Thank you!
