Is okay to stop formula just before 1st bday?

I have twins who will be 1yr old in 4 days. We are just about out of formula and my husband and I don’t really see the point in buying new can of formula. Thoughts?

Yes it’s fine. 4 days is nothing. As my husband put it, it’s not like some magical clock strikes at midnight on their birthday and lifts some curse. This isn’t Harry Potter 🤣🤣🤣

Our dr told us when we hit 11 months we could do half milk half formula until we ran out of formula. My daughter was totally off formula around 11.5 months.

I would say it’s fine. I don’t think some magical change happens once they turn 12 months, it’s more of just a guideline

That’s fine but only if your started the transition from formula to cows milk if not going straight to cows milk could have bad effects on their stomachs

I wouldn’t bother buying new formula for those few days. Nothing major will happen in their body’s in those days which make a difference
