What to do 😭😭

You guys I found out 2days ago that I am 4cm dilated at the hospital due to contractions but they turned out to be inconsistent and my labor did not progress. My baby is sooooooo low 😭 and I’m in pain literally all the time what can i do to jumpstart real labor I’m due in 13 days.

Good luck, mama! Almost there! Like everyone else said walking as much as you can tolerate and bouncing on a yoga ball. I also started drinking raspberry leaf tea yesterday.

Nothing will bring baby here unless he is ready but walking, squats and sex are supposed to help. I've been spending lots of time on the yoga ball and drinking red raspberry leaf too. All recommended by my midwife! Good luck!

I was a Almost a 4 at my last appointment in a Tuesday. I bounced on a yoga ball, went for a walk, and had spicy food. I had spicy food Thursday night spent most of the day sitting on my yoga ball and Friday morning my contractions started at 4 what broke and I was a 6cm when we got to the hospital he was born at noon. 
Just keep moving as much as you can! Good luck.

Have you talked to your doctor about nipple stimulation? Maybe pumping could get things moving.
