How long does it take for baby acne to go away?

My newborn ( 2 weeks old) is getting some baby acne on his face right now. How long does if usually take for the acne to go away on its own?

It varies depending on the baby, my LO is 4 weeks old tomorrow and had gotten pretty bad acne around 2 weeks. I started putting breast milk on it twice a day (squirt some on a cotton ball and then dab the acne spots) and it’s cleared up a lot

Mine still had it until at least 2 months old. If you’re breastfeeding I’ve heard putting breast milk on it can help.
