Prednisone while pregnant?

Has anyone been on prednisone while pregnant? My crohns is flaring up and may need to be on it but just wanted to see what others had to say!

Yup. I was on 80mg / day for entire third trimester with our first. He was born at 37 weeks healthy.

My Crohn's was in remission for quite a while until I became pregnant. The doctor put me on prednisone for the entire second trimester. I actually felt like a pregnant lady while on prednisone. I wasn't throwing up 20 times a day or have loose bm that happened during my first trimester. My third trimester I got my appetite back. I was so relieved when my healthy baby boy was born. Fast forward 3 yrs later he is still healthier than his mom.
