I ate Tums like candy when I was pregnant... pretty much the entire time, kept a big box on my nightstand. Sometimes I had to sleep elevated.

Tums on my nightstand and sleeping on my left side are the only things that help

Yes! I lay on my left to ease it off and my doctor and midwife have both said to take Gaviscon as it’s most safest to use in pregnancy either liquid or tablets. Which ever you prefer x
