Road trip with 3 month old?

We’re driving to my aunts house 250 miles away about a 5-6 hr drive. Do you think it Is okay to bring the baby if we stop every 2 hours to get out of the car seat for a couple minutes? Any tips?

It’s fine I left super early army so she had her first nap in the car then when she woke up I fed and changed her 5 hours she slept for 2 and half hours only had to make 1 stop

Yup totally fine. We did 2 toad trips when my 1st way 3-4 weeks old and again when she was 8-9 weeks old. Drive was over 14 hrs long. We did just what you said, stopped every 2-3 hours to feed and let everyone stretch their legs. I won’t lie, it wasn’t easy BUT your drive isn’t as long as mine was so I have a feeling you’ll be ok.
