Period for 13 days :(

So in June I decided to start Enskyce for birth control. It made me feel horrible and I was told it would get better within months but my side effects were too much for me to handle so I stopped taking it. I skipped the placebo pills in order for me to not get my period yet it came anyway. Which is nbd except for the fact that I’ve had it for 13 days now. The bleeding just won’t stop. I’ve been off the pill for almost a week now. Is this something I shouldn’t worry about or should I call my doctor? (I’m 17 if that’s important at all)
