I just want to make sure I’m doing things correctly. All the info I try to get is always different so I never know what is right or wrong. Can anyone please help me out?

We formula feed. My little one is 4 months. When we prepare bottles, we use this kind of water (see pictures) are we supposed to be boiling this water before we use it for bottles? Also, we always just wash our bottles by hand in hot soapy water in our sink....are we doing this wrong too? I’m so confused and worried now.
