Is this bad that I ate meat this rare while 7 weeks pregnant? I only took a few bites and stopped 
I’m worried about parasite or listeria

I always eat my steak med to med rare.

That is not rare. That is medium well....medium at the very least. Rare is dark red and barely cooked on the outside. That is not what you are picturing. That piece is medium well and is considered safe.
You don't get listeria from undercooked beef anyway. 
If you're not feeling sick, you're fine. And you can actually order your beef to look like this when you're pregnant.

As long as you got it from a reputable place and stored it properly once home, there’s really a lot less risk nowadays since our food safety standards are much higher.

You should be totally fine. I ate medium rare meat through my whole pregnancy with all three and never had a single problem with it

No my OB said you should eat meat technically medium well to well done but if you don’t eat it rare ALL the time your perfectly fine, bc I did the same girl! Just remember next time!😊

I still eat my steak mid rare, the more you cook it the less food value it has 🤷‍♀️ but yes that’s definitely safe to eat.
