I went for an ultrasound today. I’m 15 weeks 5 days pregnant. It was a transvaginal ultrasound to check my cervix. While she was checking, she said that the placenta was right on the cervix. When I ask my doctor about it, she said it’s placenta praevia but didn’t seem really concerned about it. She just said that I need to have another ultrasound in four weeks to check it again. My baby was also head down already. Has this happened to anyone else and did it correct itself?
