Vertigo or a ear infection?

Since Saturday night/ Sunday morning I’ve been so dizzy when I would lay on my side it doesn’t matter which side, some days I didn’t have any dizziness on my side some days I did, I thought it was getting better until yesterday when I put my head upside down to wrap it in a towel and all hell broke loose, room was spinning i had to sit down immediately. Ever since yesterday I feel like crap, can’t really lay on my side and if I put my head down for a second ill get dizzy... I can’t even bend to pet my cat 😢 one of my ears feel like there’s more pressure in it than the other and my forehead feels like it’s being squeezed. Do you think it’s a infection or vertigo? I’m confused because I haven’t done anything to get either of those things, no head injury and no recent infections. I’m going to the doctor tomorrow but I just want to hear some of your advice.
