Stevia sweetener and breastfeeding question
Can anybody help me out I'm trying to find out if I can use stevia sweetener while I'm breastfeeding?? I'm brand new on keto I started Monday and I'm not even sure if that's ok because of breastfeeding so if anybody has any input that would be great, Thank you in advance 😊
