Fit pregnancy

So I just found out I’m about 5 weeks pregnant and although I’m so happy at the same time I’m sad that I’ve gained so much weight during COVID my pre pregnancy weight is the weight I was towards the end of my first pregnancy any mamas out there have any tips on how to stay fit but still healthy for baby I just started working out two weeks before I found out I was pregnant and lost 5lbs, but since finding out I’ve been just stretching and going for walks my first pregnancy I had a threatened miscarriage so now I’m scared of doing anything strenuous, I just don’t want to run into any health issues such has diabetes while pregnant
