It's proving more and more ineffective with each study done.

Absolutely not. It doesn’t help with covid and can cause bad side effects. Quit taking it.

Focus on strengthening your immune system and staying active and low stress. That’s your preventative measure...and if u still get Covid, you are much more likely to have very mild symptoms or none at all and recover faster. 
Our bodies can strengthen and heal themselves if you feed yourself the right balance of things.
