Friend keeps turning up without warning

I don't know what to do. My friend moved closer to me about a year ago and recently she has started to just turn up.

She will call me and say hi im outside.

It can be any time of the day and sometimes at gone 9pm at night.

I know she gets lonely as she lives alone like I do but I'm finding its got to the stage I don't relax fully at home.

She seems to think I should be available for her whatever time it is.

I've told her to just text and let me know so I can let her know if i am home.

She has turned up before now when I've been in the shower or on the phone to my mum so she can't get through to me and she acts really upset like I was ignoring her.

I was sat watching a film a few weeks back with my windows open and as I didn't hear my phone go off she started shouting my name outside. I live in a 1st floor flat and rushed outside to stop her shouting.

I've told her several times now to let me know she is coming but she just doesn't listen and I don't know what to do.
