Cross contamination paranoia with steak in pregnancy

Hey ladies,

So my dad cooked steaks tonight and I of course had mine well done to be safe, but my sisters both had theirs cooked to medium/medium rare. My dad made a steak sauce to drizzle on the steaks, but right before I put mine on my steak my sister used the serving spoon and it made direct contact with her steak then back into the sauce (which was sliced and had a red center). I took a little of the sauce and zapped it in the microwave for one minute in hopes that it would kill any potential bacteria. Do you think that was long enough? And do you think my baby is okay? I’m so paranoid.
