Maintaining a balanced diet and getting enough calories

Hi Everyone!

I am hoping for some support in this as this is my first sticky bean following loss; so naturally my anxiety is there anyway.

I'm looking for some guidance on how you all eat healthy, exercise, but still get your calorie intake to safely gain the weight you need for a healthy little.

I work about 10 hour days, but I have been gaining weight successfully and good doctor visits thus far. I'm just shy of 25 weeks and now I feel like I've hit a stand still and I'm worried about going in the wrong direction.

Any advice on how you incorporate health into a high calorie diet is much appreciated! I can't take one more person saying you're pregnant enjoy eating like crap while you can...I don't want to eat that way.
