Getting through rough patch
So my man is bi polar he is on med we are going on 2 months of meds. But right now we are so bad. I feel like we arent going to make it. Idk what to do I'm trying to hold on tight for us and our family we have 3 kids. But I'm struggling I'm so tired.and I feel so alone. How do you get through those tough patches in your relationship? What helps any advice?
