Upper leg/thigh pain

Hi lovely ladies.

So I've googled this, but always rather your support and advice.

I've always suffered from upper leg/thigh pain, and a lot of cramping during my periods, and today, the same feeling has occured - my upper legs have a sort of numb pain. I'm 14w5d.

I've also got 2 herniated discs, which have flared up a bit, so wondering if this is related 😔

Today's 35 degrees, and walking my dog in the heat, probably hasn't helped!

Oh the daily adventure of pregnancy!!
