I took 4 pregnancy tests they all came out positive , very positive it wasn’t with FMU the last positive I got was 3 days ago now this morning I take another just to make sure again and it was a faint positive😭😭😭 idk what to do I’m not cramping nor am I bleeding but why isn’t this positive as strong as the other tests ? Did I drink too much water before bed to dilute it ? Help pls I don’t wanna lose my baby :( I was 5 weeks and 2 days when I found out today I’m 6 weeks 😭
