Solid pieces in colostrum?
I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have been hand expressing colostrum once or twice a day to induce labor, as I have a history of going overdue.
I'm very aware of how to hand express properly and it isn't uncomfortable.
I find that in my left breast there aren't any abnormalities, but my right breast produces very tiny white solid pieces, which I can watch come out of my nipple. I don't collect the colostrum anywhere. The pieces look very similar to fat, but colostrum is supposed to be low in fat.
Any idea what this could be?
