So I’m filling out some job applications and the question where they ask you if you’ve been terminated from a job before I always hate.

Back in 2011 I was fired from a daycare because I got into a small argument with another staff member, so I was let go. Well that was the only job I’ve EVER been fired from.

I know we’re not supposed to lie on applications, but I at this point I don’t think I need to put that I was terminated from one job 9 years ago.

What do you think? I hate explaining that I was fired over a stupid small argument.
