Today my temp went higher and my app predicted a triphasic pattern. Can anyone help explain? I've been taking pregnancy test yesterday and today and it's BFN. So I'm not sure what to think...

i think it’s when  you have a second temp spike during the luthel phase that stays constant after already having one spike and couple  similar temps

It could mena pregnancy and it could not mean pregnancy. I have read that people who are pregnant get this but people who are not can as well. So not much right now. If your temp stays up for 18 days then your pregnant.
