It's recommended to not take an opk when you wake up in the morning when you wake up because lh doesn't build up while you sleep. I'd try again at 10. Also your surge could have happened last night in which case you will probably be ovulating soon. Baby dust!

If that was a blinking face then maybe you missed the window that shows positive. I’ve had this happen but it doesn’t mean you didn’t ovulate. If that was a solid smiley face then that’s your positive, you don’t test anymore after your positive. There’s also different clear blue tests, hope this helps.
