My boyfriend lied to me & I broke up with him, he apologized in person & once through text but only asking to forgive him.. that he didn’t want to live without me, that he was feeling very bad & not wanting to live (okay but whats in it for me? You can’t live without me but what are you going to do to change the fact that you lied, when i read it it wasn’t enough for me) a second chance is earned at this point, not just given. Well i never replied to his text. Since i was hoping hed ask to speak calmly in person & then we could talk about how to fix it, to prevent this from happening again & i needed time to think. Well he never sent anything again, just yesterday on IG I uploaded on my story my run of the day (exercise). He probably saw it & decided to send a message.. asking what was the name of the church we went to, i sent him the name & location.. he said “thank you😔”

I replied “you’re welcome! Anything”

He just saw it & that was all

I feel like I shouldn’t be the one to reach out to talk, is it me or seems like he is not trying? If he want to talk why not just say it instead of sending a sad imoji
