What time of day is best to test?
Hi all!! I’m new to using OPKs.
I have Walgreens brand and I just got a box of Easy@Home strips. Last month, I got my peak on the Walgreens brand but my bbt didn’t rise until 4 days later. Is that strange?
What is the best time of day to use OPK strips? Any advice or input is much appreciated! Just got AF today so I’m a) sad, and b) ready to start a new cycle TTC with as much info as possible. Thanks!!
