Low fetal heart rate

I went to the ER for some bleeding. I thought I was 7 weeks along but I was actually 6 weeks along. The baby did have a heart beat but it was very slow 58 to be exact. Has anyone had any success stories with such a low heart rate I’m just scared that I will lose my baby.
