Vfl/BFP after bleed?

Has anyone had a vfl or BFP after a really heavy bleed? It’s been a week since I started bleeding (assumed chemical, I was 9 days late). I was having negative tests at the time of the bleeding so it made sense. Now, a week later, I’m still feeling very off. I used a cheapie strip today just to double check and I see what I think is a vfl 😞

At this point I’m just worried about ectopic or a non viable pregnancy.

Just wondering if anyone has some good stories that came from possible low rising HCG or late BFPs? Thank you!
