Baby shower- disappointment

I had my baby shower this weekend and I got 0 gifts. I know this is a very tough time to live. But I had a few relatives asking me to create a registry and then I was left w nothing. This is not my 1st baby, but was a baby I wasn't planning but so excited to have since I had a very traumatic loss. Oh well. Hope things get better.
