multiple utis

so i’ve never posted on here but i seriously need some opinions. so at the beginning of july we went on vacation and i had a uti the whole week, came back and did an entire week of antibiotics. 2 days after, i got done with the antibiotics, i had another uti. another full week of antibiotics. couple days later. another, more antibiotics. i’ve been good for about 2 weeks now. i just got up out of bed to go to the bathroom, and i have another one. i drink mostly water, i don’t take baths, i pee after sex (every single time), drink cranberry juice religiously, and i haven’t had sex in almost 2 weeks. i’ve taken AZOs so much they have no effect on me anymore. i know going to the gynecologist is my best bet, but i won’t have insurance until next month. i need opinions, otc products, something!!!
