Best Routine for Weight Loss???
Hey y’all. I need to lose like 30 pounds of baby weight. I’ve been an avid crossfitter for about 6 years (with breaks here and there), but never really got super fit/strong. I quit my membership when COVID started. Now we’ve built a decent home gym.
SO my question is- do I continue to follow crossfit style workouts and modify for the equipment I have?
Or I was thinking a cardio/weight mix. 3 days of each for 6 days total a week.
OR is it better to just focus on cardio for right now?
