Is this peak?

I took this on a 3 hour urine hold and this came up within 5 min I’m on cd 16 and the past few days with the Premom app I’ve had super low lh numbers like .17 taken at the same time yesterday and it just said I got a .7. I also had really stretchy thick cm sorry for the (tmi)

I never go off of the numbers on those apps, they’re so unreliable! Your eyes are enough! This definitely looks positive to me but not peak. A peak test will be obviously darker than your control and that means you’ll ovulate in 12-24 hours. I would say you should BD for sure and keep testing 2x a day. You won’t be able to calculate DPO very accurately unless you find your peak. 
Also it’s totally normal that most of your tests were light. There’s usually not a gradient darkening, it happens pretty quick.
