Am I the ass?

I’ve recently just moved into a new apartment last week with my son, it’s 8:30pm and we’re on the second floor, my son wanted to make smoothies so we stuck some fruit in the blender and made some, granted the blender is quite loud and I didn’t even think of the time but we put them on, a few minutes later my neighbour from below me who i hadn’t met yet come to my door angry shouting and swearing that I woke her daughter (6 years old) up and now she wasn’t settling back down to go to sleep and I should be more considerate. I apologised and said I didn’t realise the time and I didn’t think it would be too loud downstairs using the blender for 60 seconds but she was furious. She saw my son and said he should be in bed, he’s 5. I told her we were having a chill night and making smoothies, apologised again and closed the door. A few minutes later I heard her daughter shouting really loud and really loud music coming from downstairs, then all my apartment buzzer going repeatedly, I answered and I just heard giggling so I looked out the bedroom window and could see this lady and her daughter standing outside trying to hide but still noticeable buzzing my flat... I answered and told her to please stop and they kept going so I just put my buzzer on silent and we put a movie on, a few minutes later she come back into the apartment building and started shouting about how if I was going to keep her kid up she’d keep mine up. It’s been about 45 minutes and they still have their tv on full blast. I think I may have just made an enemy with my downstairs neighbour for making a smoothie :/ was I the ass?
