Tips on weight loss?
Im 18 and want to ttc within the next couple of years. (I have PCOS so I want to begin trying early, in hopes that I can conceive at a reasonable age). I am in no way/shape/form trying yet, but I want to be healthy for when I’m ready to begin. I hated Keto when I tried it, and I’ve been obese since the 2nd grade. I’m currently 5’6 and 295 lbs. ive been trying to lose weight since I was 8, from diets with my parents, which never lasted because they didn’t want to continue with it, and me just trying different things over the years. Any tips are appreciated. Literally, anything youve done to lose weight, I’m willing to try. I just really hate keto, lol. I like my wheat breads/pasta, etc. It just seems really hard to fit the foods I love into a caloric deficit for the day. TIA! ❤️✨
