This post is not bragging on ourselves. It's just a moment to be thankful. My husband and I got married in 2016 and lived in a tiny 1 br apartment. In 2018 we bought our first home. We live near a lake but have always dreamed of living on the lake or in a neighbor with the lake access and view.

Well in the process of refinancing we found our home is worth way more now than it was in 2018. We never thought in our wildest dreams we could afford a home like I had said. And now it looks like not only can we afford a home in the EXACT NEIGHBORHOOD we want but we can afford to build. Seriously I cried bc we never ever though itd be possible. It is just such an incredible blessing
