Is this legal?
So, my husnand and i applied for an apartment on Saturday. We were very open with the lady about our active bankruptcy. Today, they called and told me i was approved. But the lady on the phone said i shouldnt have been approved due to my bankruptcy. And hung up to go make sure i shouldve got approved. Can they call to tell me im approved, but then take it back?
