So I had my 1st ultrasound and appointment today. I should have been about 6 weeks to 6 weeks 4 days. But I didn’t measure that at all they didn’t tell me the exact measurement but there was only a gestational sac and no yolk sac yet. The dr also said the sac is lower in my uterus then higher up where it should be and because if that and everything not measuring up to her it indicates a threatened miscarriage. We did bloods and will repeat in 48 hours. I have no bleeding or cramping. Has anyone been in a similar situation and has gone on to have a successful pregnancy.
