How do I start?
I wanna lose 40lbs. I am 8 weeks postpartum. I'm breastfeeding. I have two beautiful kids (2 under 2).
I don't eat the best. I haaaaate vegetables. I drink one soda a day. I snack a lot.
I just... don't know where to start.. or how to. I'm at a loss. Any pointers would be helpful.
